Gary Hopcraft has made the booking at the Seahorse Tavern.
Informal dinners are already being planned for Saturday night and bookings are being made for an overnight stay at the Best Western motel.

Sandra has made enquiries regarding dinner at Taggarts (Best Western) on the Saturday night. For numbers around 40, we can make a group booking. The cost would be $42 per person for a 3 course meal. Pay on the night. ($35 for a 2 course meal.)
We are happy to coordinate arrangements for Taggarts, but you must let us know if you wish to dine there.
We also need to let the Seahorse Tavern know the number attending in the afternoon.
At the end of this newsletter is a form that we would like to you to send back to us so that we can do some planning.
Bring along any memorabilia that you think others would be interested in. We can display it at the Seahorse Tavern during the afternoon.

Could you please check with your FTC friends to ensure that they have the 2012 reunion in their diaries? It is just possible that they may not receive this newsletter because of communication gremlins. Let them know about the website if they have not heard.
We have $365 left in kitty from 2010 to help offset any expenses. This should be ample.
